Shipping Policy

At Bluebonnet Aviation, we work with trusted third-party partners like Printful to fulfill and ship all apparel and merchandise orders. Because each item is made to order, please allow time for production before shipping. Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–7 business days, depending on the item and order volume.

 

Once your order has been fulfilled, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Shipping times vary based on your location, but most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after fulfillment. International shipping times may take longer, typically 10–20 business days, depending on customs and regional delivery services. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method. We do not currently offer expedited or overnight shipping options, but we hope to include them in the future.

 

Please ensure your shipping information is accurate at checkout—we are not responsible for orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses. Because our products are custom-made through a third-party provider, we do not offer local pickup or in-person delivery. All shipping is handled through Printful’s network of fulfillment centers. If an order is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please reach out to us within 7 days of delivery with photo evidence so we can file a claim with our fulfillment partner.
