Refund Policy

At Bluebonnet Aviation, we value our customers and students and aim to deliver high-quality service and products in both flight training and aviation merchandise. Our refund policy is designed to be fair, transparent, and respectful of the time, resources, and commitments involved in both sides of our business.

Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase or booking any service.

For flight instruction services, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to cancel or reschedule a lesson, we ask that you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations made with proper notice may be eligible for rescheduling or a full refund. No-shows or cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are not eligible for refunds, as instructor time and aircraft resources have already been allocated. Flight training packages, if prepaid, may be partially refundable depending on hours used and administrative costs.

All aviation merchandise orders (apparel, accessories, etc.) are fulfilled through a third-party provider, Printful, and are made to order. Because of this, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizing, or change-of-mind purchases. Please review sizing charts carefully before ordering. If an item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we will work with you and Printful to resolve the issue at no cost to you—just contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, except in cases where the product arrives damaged or we shipped the wrong item. If your package is lost in transit, please reach out as soon as possible so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier and Printful. We do not take responsibility for orders that are delayed or lost due to an incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.

For any refund requests related to flight training or merchandise, please contact us at bluebonnetaviation@gmail.com with your full name, order number (if applicable), and a detailed explanation of the issue. We aim to respond within 2–3 business days and will do our best to resolve the situation promptly and fairly. Refunds, if approved, will be issued to the original payment method.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund if the policy conditions outlined above are not met. By booking services or purchasing products through Bluebonnet Aviation, you agree to this Refund Policy and understand that flight instruction and made-to-order items carry different refund terms.
