A Discovery Flight is the perfect way to get behind the controls and see what flying is all about. With one of our certified instructors by your side, you’ll get a hands-on introduction to aviation in a real training aircraft. From the moment you step onto the tarmac, we will guide you through the basics of flight and give you a feel for what it’s like to be in command of an airplane.

 

The flight itself typically lasts 30 to 60 minutes, during which you'll have the opportunity to take the controls (if you're comfortable) and enjoy scenic views while learning the fundamentals of aircraft handling. You'll also receive a preflight briefing where your instructor will walk you through the safety procedures and explain what to expect during the flight.

 

More than just a fun experience, a Discovery Flight also counts toward your Private Pilot License if you choose to continue training. It’s a no-pressure, unforgettable way to start your aviation journey and see if the pilot life is right for you.
